JAMMU&KASHMIRの食べ物

電車とバスで一番北の州へ









目的は「南インドの料理は辛いけど、北インドの料理は辛くない」ってのを確かめるため。
実際は、南インドに辛い料理にあんまりなかった








先ず向かった先は、KATRAと言うところで、VAISHNO DEVIと言うtemple(お寺)の麓の町


お寺の町には基本的に肉魚卵の料理はない。
pure vegの食べ物ばっかり





VAISHNO DEVI に行くには片道12キロの登り坂を登っていく。



頂上のご飯、最高に美味


どこで何を食べるのかがとても重要ってことを再確認出来た





バスの乗り換え地JAMMU


ここは、魚がとっても美味い。インドで食べたなかで一番！


屋台でポークも。



次に向かった先はSRINAGARと言うこの州の首都




こが本当に寒くて1泊もできなかった




筋肉痛とのダブルパンチで、もう、食事どころではありませんでした、、、。



唯一口にしたチャイ。








何回か食事をしてみたけど、確かに辛い料理はなかった！


それにしても、気温差って体にとってもこたえるね、、、。

so, i wanted to eat

i like not spicy than spicy



first, i went to KATRA
KATRA is small town the roots of the VAISHNO DEVI VAISHNO DEVI is very famous temple in India



temple town is pure veg food town






next is JAMMU here is transfer bus stand


i thought most tasty fish in India

last is SRINAGAR
here is the capital of JAMMU&KASHMIR



i couldn't stay here because soo cold
i drunk only a tea
i couldn't eat foods

i realized a wide range of temperature was bad for health

to Varanasi by train

















































それぞれがそれぞれの世界を生きてる
自分の知っている世界なんてまだまだ小さい

there are many foreigners in Varanasi
it is very small known world

ファミリーのごはん

店の味と家庭の味は違う。当たり前だよね






家庭的なごはんは、毎日食べても飽きない美味しい味










ダル(まめ)の料理とcurryを教えてもらった






ベジタリアンが多いインドではまめから沢山のタンパク質を補給する


教えてもらったcurryも、ベスンと言う豆の粉を沢山使った。


これが、インドのcurry
スパイスの国インドでは、すべてをカレーと言う訳ではありません！！！



curryと言う名の食べ物。
ヨーグルトとベスンを使ったシンプルな料理だった。美味








i like homely meal
because we can eat everyday so it is tasty





i had my friend family teach cooking








i learned "curry" of India
made from yoghurt, vasen, some vegetables and spices
it was tasty





food used spices is said "curry" in Japan
we don't have another word

かみ、切ってもらう

「先ず、髪切った方が良いね」と言われたから、切ってもらった

通訳してもらってだけど、とうとう言ってみた

ここ町は日本のゲストハウスで仲良くなったアシスの住む町

約３５００キロ漕いだJaipurで自転車おしまい

これからは電車バス移動。

i run about 3500kms


if i staied more long time, i would run more

長期滞在したいなぁ、PUSHKAR

「PUSHKARはいった方が良いよ」
って言われたから行ってみた






Jaipurまで約150キロの場所に位置してるここは


ヒンドゥー教聖地の一つ。
三大神の一人、ブラフマーである。











この小さな町で日本人3人組に出会った

パフォーマーでだったり、フリーランスであったり、なんとも面白いみんなと、キャメルサファリへ。

Jaipur
の3つに行く日本人観光客は多いけど、Jaipurから一足伸ばしてPUSHKARも行ってみて。全く違うインドを見られるよ



"のんびり"がこのまちにはよく似合う

良い出会いだった。インドを旅してる人って面白いことしてるんだなぁ

フラワーネックレスの"歓迎"

観光地にはなっていない町で大きな歓迎をうけた









決して、上からでも下からでもない対等な目線
まるで、昔から友達たったような振る舞い




みんなの優しさに、大きなもてなしに感動した



日本縦断の時、"食"の力を知ったときのような感覚




「心からのもてなし」って、感動するし自分にとって大きな力になる。
大きな大きな気づきをくれたインドのみんな、ありがとう
