この店でカレーとは何かを聞くと、

オニオングレイビー
トマトグレイビー
ココナッツグレイビー
カシューナッツグレイビー

などのどろっとしたグレイビーと共に料理されたものがカレーだと言う

一方、DAL(豆)で作った料理はPULS(パルス)と言うそう

KARNATAKA州では赤いのがカレーと言われ、
Jaipurでは、ベスンとヨーグルトを沢山使った料理だった

言葉も文化も州ごとで異なるこの国では、カレーと一言で言っても統一はされてない、出来ないのであろう。

奥が深い食べ物である。

so, i listened in the restaurant

answer is

onion gravy
tomato gravy
coconut gravy
cashew nut gravy
etc
with gravy food is curry

if with dal food, we say puls

but i heard curry was red in state of KARNATAKA
i learned curry in Jaipur thi curry was used lots yoghurt and vasin

i heard three types of curry
Indian has lots culture and language
so i think they can't be unity
